Description

This Prosecco Millesimato DOC is a blend of mostly Glera with a touch of Pinot Grigio which are harvested early in the day in order preserve its aromatic characteristics. A lovely golden, scintillating color with gorgeous fine bubbles in the glass, the Millesimato brings succulent apples and pears to your palate. This wine’s fresh acidity and its superior balance makes it one of the very best Prosecco’s we have ever tasted. What a little super star!

Bosco del Merlo, owned by the Paladin family (Castelvecchi in Chianti). has managed to produce some incredible wines out of Tuscany with Castelvecchi Chiantis and unmatched Franciacorta out of Lombardia. The Bosco del Merlo brand covers wines from Friuli and of course Veneto where today’s bubbles are from. The Paladin family spares no expense on their vineyards, from high tech geological surveys, to year round infrared vineyard temperature monitoring, they put all their heart and soul into their wines across the board.
